Nexession is an automated accessioning platform for clinical and diagnostic laboratories. It converts the requisitions that still arrive on paper and by fax into validated electronic orders and delivers them into the lab’s existing laboratory information system, with a trained reviewer confirming identity and order content before anything is submitted. Checkboxes are read with deterministic computer vision rather than a language model, every access and edit is written to an append-only audit log, and the platform produces the CLIA transcription-QA evidence a surveyor expects. Nexession LLC was founded in 2026 and is based in Missouri.
