The terms that govern your use of this website.

These Terms of Use govern your access to nexession.com (the "Site"), operated by Nexession LLC ("Nexession," "we," "us"). By using the Site you accept these terms. The Nexession product and any pilot, evaluation, or production services are not provided under these terms; they are governed exclusively by separate written agreements between Nexession and each customer, including a Business Associate Agreement where protected health information is involved.
You may browse the Site and use its content to evaluate Nexession for your organization. You may not scrape the Site at scale, attempt to disrupt it, misrepresent your affiliation, or use the Site to transmit unlawful or malicious content.
The Site is not a channel for protected health information. Do not submit patient names, identifiers, clinical details, or any other PHI through the Site, its forms, or the demo scheduler. Anything submitted through the Site is handled under our Privacy Policy, not under HIPAA.
The Site and its content — text, design, graphics, and the Nexession name and mark — are owned by Nexession LLC or used under license (icons are used under the ISC license of the Lucide project; photographs are used under the Unsplash license). You may not reproduce the Site's content commercially without our written consent.
Site content is provided for general information about our product. It is not medical, legal, or compliance advice, and it does not create any professional relationship. Product capability statements reflect an engineering-validated build tested on synthetic data unless expressly stated otherwise; pilot and production results are established per customer under written agreements.
The Site links to or embeds third-party services (for example, Microsoft Bookings for scheduling and analytics services described in the Privacy Policy). Those services are governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexession LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, and our total liability relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
You agree to indemnify Nexession LLC against claims arising from your violation of these terms or your misuse of the Site.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Missouri, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
We may update these terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date; continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect.
