Our services
Software alone does not move a regulated workflow. Every Nexession engagement comes with the integration work, the form onboarding, and the measurement plan built in, so your team’s effort stays close to zero until the numbers justify more.
The engagement, step by step
You can stop at the end of any stage. That is deliberate: a regulated lab should never feel locked into an automation vendor it has stopped trusting.
We quantify the keying tax with your numbers: daily paper volume, minutes per form, and your current rate of holds and callbacks. This baseline is what the pilot is measured against, and it is agreed in writing before anything else happens.
We take your chosen requisition and build its template: alignment fingerprint, checkbox regions, field bindings, and the validation rules that apply to it. You provide a clean blank and de-identified samples; we do the rest.
The HL7 connection is built to your interface specification and exercised against a test endpoint first. Nothing reaches your live interface until your team has watched the test traffic and said so.
One form, one site, paper and fax residual only. We run your real volume, compare review time against keying time, and track holds and callbacks against the baseline from stage one.
When the pilot numbers clear the bar you set, the same connection moves to production traffic. The QA evidence report starts accumulating from the first live order.
Additional forms, additional sites, and additional LIS targets stack onto the same engine. Your implementation is owned end to end by a single, named point of contact — one person who knows your forms, your interface, and your history, backed by the full team behind them.
What we need from you
Everything we need to begin fits in one working session with your operations lead and your interface contact.
We build against synthetic and de-identified material under a mutual NDA, so the calendar time to a running pilot is set by your paperwork, never by our build queue. When a specification is missing we wait and say so; we do not guess at an interface.
A 30-minute demo ends with the baseline worksheet in your hands. If the keying tax turns out to be smaller than you thought, you will have learned something useful either way.
Occasional email updates on product milestones and pilot results, written by the team. A few times a year, and never a sales sequence.
